Andrea Cesar co-founded Keystone Spark Academy with a deep passion for inclusive education and a mission to better serve families like hers. As a mother of three neurodiverse children, she understands the gaps in traditional education and is committed to creating a more supportive, empowering path for all learners. With over a decade of experience in project management, media communications, and brand strategy—including leadership roles at major institutions and her own firm, Mind Nectar Media—Andrea combines heart and expertise to drive the Academy’s mission forward with purpose, innovation, and empathy.

Ebenecia joins Keystone Spark Academy as a trusted advisor, with an array of cultivated knowledge and hands-on experience that spans the course of 15 years. Her dynamic background in non-profit finance, special program service delivery, physical plant management and her passion for human services, has allowed her to work alongside multiple tier-one social service non-profit organizations and government sectors that function and operate to serve vulnerable populations. As a subject matter expert in the field, Ebenecia has developed a comprehensive understanding in strategic planning to ensure optimal program delivery is rendered in a seamless fashion with maximum benefit to the community.
Prior to joining Keystone Spark Academy, Ebenecia served as the Vice President of Physical Plant Management for HELP USA, where she oversaw day-to-day building operations for 25 transitional housing facilities. As Chief Operating Officer at Keystone Spark Academy, it is expected that Ebenecia will continue to uphold her standard of excellence in her new role.

Marc A. Cesar is the Co-Founder and serves as Chief Development and Communications Officer of Keystone Spark Academy. A devoted parent of neurodiverse children, Marc channels both personal passion and professional experience into expanding access to inclusive education. He is known for his ability to build strong relationships, craft compelling messaging, and drive mission-aligned growth—skills honed through years of leading client engagement, investor relations, and business development initiatives across various ventures. With a background in communications and strategic outreach, Marc brings a visionary, people-centered approach to championing the Academy’s mission.
